Welcome to Seventh Grade! 

The list below provides a minimum list of items that your upcoming seventh grader might need as he or she heads back to school. However, some teachers at Montford Middle School may require alternative specific items for student success in their classes. Students will receive specific information about their individual teachers’ classroom supplies requirements during the first week of school; some teachers may require student Chromebooks during class. 

The Seventh Grade Team of teachers look forward to seeing your student(s) in August! 

Shape 

• Chromebook (LCS issue only) * -Device should be fully charged at the start of each day. 
  • Bring charging cord daily 
  • Bring a mouse or stylus for your device daily, if needed 
• 1 spiral notebook OR 1 binder (2”) with loose-leaf paper 
  • (Teachers may have their own requirements for notebooks) 
• Composition Notebook 
• Pencils with erasers 
• Small pencil sharpener 
•  Pens  
• Highlighters 
• Colored pencils 
• Glue stick(s) 
• Earbuds (Teacher may request wired earbuds for use with Chromebooks) 
• Optional items: 
  • Hand sanitizer / Small pack of Kleenex
  •  Dry Erase Markers
  • Water bottle with student’s name
